Astound is hiring for a door-to-door residential outside sales role in the Greater Maryland area. The base salary is $38,778.69 annually with uncapped commissions, offering a total on-target earnings up to $95,000 per year.

You will represent our leading internet services, meeting residents and property groups, while driving sales and brand awareness. Flexible scheduling and robust benefits accompany this opportunity.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face residential sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work in outdoor field environments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Driven to meet and exceed sales quotas.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsabilités

• Acquire new residential customers through in-field visits.
• Present services and collect sign-ups.
• Manage territory and schedules within Greater Maryland.

• Understand customer needs and present suitable solutions.
