Astound is seeking a driven field-based door-to-door sales professional in the Greater Maryland area. You will meet residents and property managers, discuss service needs, provide quotes, and close sign-ups.

This role offers a $38,778.69 annual base with uncapped commissions, with strong potential to exceed six figures through performance. You'll represent a leading internet provider, receive comprehensive training and support, and work in a dynamic outdoor environment across Maryland.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communications, relationship-building, organizational, presentation and influence skills.

Responsabilités

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through face-to-face interaction with residents and referrals.
• Pursue leads daily and discuss service needs, providing quotes and sign-up orders.
• Review property contracts and service levels; articulate customer solutions.
• Attend sales meetings and report statistics to management.
• Maintain knowledge of competition and market activity.
