Astound is recruiting for a field-based residential sales role in the Dallas, TX area. You will start with a $34,000 base salary plus uncapped commissions, with total earnings potentially exceeding six figures for top performers. The job is door-to-door and face-to-face, requiring outdoor work and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in field sales is a plus but not required.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through in-person visits.
• Distribute marketing materials and support strategic marketing campaigns to build brand awareness.
• Explain service needs, provide quotes, and sign up orders at residents’ homes.
• Report sales activity accurately to management.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and maintain up-to-date knowledge of market and competition.
