Job summary

Astound is seeking an energetic residential outside sales representative in the Dallas, TX area. You will start with a base salary of $34,000 and have uncapped commissions that can push total earnings toward six figures, based on performance.

This field-based role requires face-to-face visits to homes, property managers, and other referrals. You will build Astound brand awareness, pursue daily leads, and attend sales meetings while managing a dynamic schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Uncapped commissions with base salary.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers through face-to-face interactions at residences and with property managers.
• Aggressively pursue daily leads and opportunities.
• Distribute marketing material and build Astound brand awareness.
• Review property contracts, service levels, and obligations.
• Understand customer needs and articulate solutions.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report sales metrics to management.
• Stay informed about competitor activity in the market.
