Job summary

Astound is seeking a motivated residential outside sales representative in the Dallas, TX area. You will conduct door-to-door visits, present Astound services, and sign up new customers in a face-to-face environment.

Base salary starts at $34,000 with uncapped commissions and strong performance can exceed six figures, with total earnings up to $90,000 or more. Role requires outdoor field work and a flexible schedule, Tuesday–Saturday.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Drive and motivation to meet or exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Visit potential customers at residences to discuss service needs and provide quotes.
• Pursue leads daily and convert opportunities into orders.
• Represent Astound with professional, face-to-face interactions in the field.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and update management on progress.
• Understand customer needs and present suitable service options.
• Attend required sales meetings and training sessions.
