AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver personalized, white-glove experiences at customers' homes. You will drive sales with uncapped commissions, attend paid training, and meet customers through scheduled appointments while handling hands-on demos and service assessments.

Top performers can earn up to $100,000 with a starting range of $62,900–$100,000, depending on geography and experience. A valid driver's license and flexible schedule are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license—brand-new company vehicle provided for official business use only.
• Work a varied schedule designed to meet customers on their timeline, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, including drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Complete paid training to set you up for success in the field.
• Connect with existing customers daily through scheduled appointments.
