This field-based, commission-driven role offers an aggressive base salary plus uncapped commissions, with top performers earning well over $100,000 per year, and includes a $3,000 training bonus after a 30-day program. You will meet clients in person and travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• B2B field sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Ability to travel within assigned territory and manage a sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person, field-based sales outreach to businesses within assigned territories.
• Meet or exceed sales, service, and productivity targets.
• Present and promote business fiber internet, voice, and managed services to small and midsize businesses.
• Assess each business's needs and recommend solutions from our portfolio.
• Build understanding of all Hawaiian Telcom business products and offers.
• Stay current on promotions, service availability, and territory segments.
• Maintain detailed customer documentation, follow-up, and pipeline updates.
• Demonstrate strong application of training, including product knowledge and sales skills.
