Job summary

AT&T is seeking motivated Field Sales Representatives in the Austin area for an in-person open recruiting session. You will engage customers with personalized sales interactions, conduct hands-on demos, and drive weeks of sales activities toward meeting targets and earning uncapped commissions.

You’ll receive paid training and ongoing coaching to build your skills, connect with warm prospects, and thrive in a fast-paced field environment with a company vehicle provided for official use.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license—be ready to drive, as we provide a company vehicle for official business use only.

Responsibilities

• Kick off with paid training—setting you up to work independently in the field.
• Connect with our existing customers daily via scheduled appointments.
• Close the deal by offering hands‑on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions.
• Use strong negotiation and communications skills to meet sales targets and close deals.
