AT&T is seeking motivated Field Sales Representatives to join our Austin-area team. You will engage customers at scheduled appointments, demonstrate products, and close sales with hands-on demos and Wi-Fi assessments.

This role offers uncapped commission potential and a starting salary range with the opportunity to earn up to $100,000 with commissions. Expect paid training, ongoing coaching, and a dynamic field schedule including evenings and weekends.

Competenze

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
