Job summary

AT&T Mobility Services is seeking a Field Sales Representative to engage with warm prospects and drive sales in a dynamic field environment. You will start with paid training and receive coaching to ensure you succeed in the field.

You will connect with customers daily, leverage proven negotiation and communication skills to close deals, and work a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays. A valid driver’s license and a company vehicle are provided for official business use.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver's license—be ready to drive, as we provide a company vehicle for official business use only.
• Work a varied schedule designed to meet customers on their timeline, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
