Astound is seeking a Direct Sales Representative to grow our residential customer base in the Midland–Odessa, TX area. You will work in the field, meeting residents and property managers, presenting service options, and signing up new customers.

The role offers an initial base salary of $34,000 plus uncapped commissions and a $5,000 sign-on bonus, with total compensation potentially reaching $85,000–$90,000 at full attainment.

Qualifications

• Requires outdoor field sales experience and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Must be comfortable with door-to-door outreach and in-person presentations.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers through in-person interaction in the field.
• Pursue leads daily and build Astound brand in local market.
• Present service options, quote customers, and sign up orders.
• Attend sales meetings and accurately report statistics to management.
