True North Group LLC is seeking a Field Sales Representative to expand our local footprint in Pasco, WA. In this outside role you’ll meet with business owners, present benefit packages to groups of employees, and guide individuals to suitable insurance plans while building a lasting book of business.

Qualifications

• Must currently be licensed or willing to obtain Health & Life license within first 90 days.
• Outside sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with small business owners and decision-makers.
• Present benefit packages to groups of employees.
• Guide individuals in selecting insurance plans that meet their needs.
• Follow up with clients and assist with claims and coverage.
• Build a strong personal book of business.
• Use our CRM tools to track activity and performance.
• Work alongside a high-performing team that trains together and wins together.
