Job summary

Altitude Group seeks a Direct Sales Representative to meet with business owners and managers in a defined territory, presenting supplemental insurance products and building long-term client relationships.

You will travel to multiple small and medium-sized businesses, deliver compelling presentations, and manage your own schedule while collaborating with a supportive sales team. A health & life license—or ability to obtain one—is preferred.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, self-motivated and eager to learn.
• Sales background is a plus; great with people and driven to succeed.
• Willing to work a full-time 40-hour week and independently.

Responsibilities

• Face-to-face meetings with business owners and decision-makers in territory.
• Deliver engaging presentations and offer supplemental insurance products.
• Build and maintain a personal book of business and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
• Set follow-up appointments and balance cold and warm leads with in-person visits.
