PestCo Holdings LLC is seeking a driven Specialty Sales Representative to work in the field, meeting homeowners and business owners, inspecting properties, and selling premium pest control services. You’ll handle inbound leads and generate new business through proactive outreach.

The role emphasizes field activity, problem solving, and closing deals with a base pay plus commissions. A valid license and clean driving record are required for daily travel.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in pest control or home services.
• Ability to close deals with a commission-based incentive.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspect crawl spaces and attics as needed.
• State licensing requirements may apply.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Sell termite treatments, rodent control, and other specialty pest services.
• Conduct property inspections and deliver tailored service recommendations.
• Close inbound leads and actively prospect for new clients.
• Drive daily to customer appointments and job sites.
