National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to drive new membership growth through prospecting, area management, and face-to-face sales. This field-based B2B role focuses on meeting small business owners, delivering presentations, overcoming objections, and enrolling new members.

As the NFIB face in your local market, you will build relationships, meet goals, and contribute to the Voice of Small Business.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Background in sales, fundraising, community outreach, recruiting, education, military leadership, business ownership or other customer-facing backgrounds welcomed.

• Prospect and engage small business owners in your local area.
