Job summary

United Rentals, the world’s largest equipment rental provider, is seeking an Outside Sales Rep for Reliable Onsite Services in Hopedale, MA. You will drive revenue, act as the main ROS contact, and collaborate with cross-unit sales teams to educate customers and close deals.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years in technical rental sales, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of technical rental sales experience.
• Working knowledge of ROS products and how they are used in the rental market.
• Proficient computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Overnight travel required.
• Strategic selling and advanced negotiation and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote awareness of ROS site services products and technical knowledge; accelerate revenue in new markets.
• Target customers and vertical opportunities such as Power, Chemical, Oil&Gas, Manufacturing, Infrastructure.
• Maintain a Salesforce CRM pipeline and coordinate ROS responses as needed for disasters.
• Lead site services training to enhance product knowledge and selling techniques.
• Ride along with other sales reps to educate and identify revenue opportunities.
