Job summary

Document Mountain by Cornerstone is seeking a driven Sales Representative to cover a defined North Carolina geography, with regular client site visits and dedicated home-office time. You will identify opportunities, build relationships, and close sales to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of direct sales experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with Zoho CRM and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of direct sales experience with quotas.
• Proficient with CRM software (Zoho) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Ability to travel to client sites and work remotely from home with reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting & lead generation to build a robust pipeline.
• Conduct discovery calls and tailored sales presentations.
• Maintain contact with decision‑makers and nurture relationships for new business.
• Develop proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Record interactions and forecast pipeline in the CRM.
