• CRM proficiency (e.g., Zoho) and standard office productivity suites.
• Remote work readiness with ability to travel to client sites.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; professional phone demeanor.
• Strong time-management to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong persuasive and closing skills; handle objections effectively.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting & Lead Generation: identify potential clients, cold calling, email campaigns, build pipeline.
• Consultations & Presentations: conduct discovery calls, tailored presentations to show solutions.
• Growth & Relationships: maintain contact with decision-makers, nurture relationships, explore new business.
• Proposal & Negotiation: create proposals, negotiate terms, overcome objections, close deals.
• Pipeline & CRM Management: log interactions, track deals, report activity and forecasts.
