Job summary

NOXYZ is seeking a Residential Sales Specialist in Raleigh, NC. This is a quota-driven role where you will build and manage your own territory pipeline through direct prospecting and referrals, close high-quality leads, and handle the full sales cycle from inspection to signed contract.

You should have 2+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in home improvement, roofing, restoration, or insurance-claims sales, and be comfortable using CRM tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven outside sales experience
• Experience in home improvement/roofing/restoration or insurance-claims sales preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Tech-savvy with mobile sales apps

Responsibilities

• Build and manage your own territory pipeline through direct prospecting and referrals
• Close high-quality, company-generated leads using our proven sales process and CRM
• Manage the full sales cycle — from inspection to insurance claim to signed contract
• Hit monthly quota and pipeline targets, so you always know exactly where you stand
