The role involves managing the full sales process, prospecting new business, presenting solutions, and maintaining up-to-date CRM activity. It requires travel and a proactive, customer-centric approach.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience of at least 1 year is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills required.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office is expected.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals for the assigned Raleigh territory.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager to set targets and opportunities.
• Manage the sales pipeline and achieve quota for revenue and gross margin.
• Understand customer needs and develop opportunities with current clients.
• Prepare and present proposals and transition plans to ensure smooth service.
