Job summary

Desert Ready Mix is seeking a proactive Sales Representative to drive growth in the Las Vegas metro area. You will be in the field, building relationships with contractors, project managers and owners, while providing hands-on support to ensure successful pours.

This full-time role involves on-site visits, communicating mix designs and admixtures with our QC team, and coordinating with dispatch for timely deliveries. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in ready-mix concrete; sales, field service, or both.
• Knowledge of concrete mix design and field testing.
• Ability to build strong client relationships in a competitive market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow market share in Las Vegas metro.
• Build and maintain relationships with GC's, subcontractors, project managers, and owners.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts, address needs, resolve issues, ensure satisfaction.
• Provide on-site job service support—monitor load timing and placement.
• Communicate technical guidance on mix designs and admixtures with QC support.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant operations for scheduling and delivery.
• Prepare quotes, respond to bids, negotiate pricing within guidelines.
• Track sales activity, pipeline, and account history using company tools.
• Represent company at industry events and customer meetings.
