Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Outside Sales Experience.
• Experience in the Ready-Mix Concrete Industry is preferred.
• Working knowledge of The Sales Cycle and sales methods.
• Excellent Customer Service skills.
• Strong Negotiation skills.
• Ability to efficiently manage time and tasks with little supervision.
• Valid Driver's License with a driving record that meets company standards.

Responsibilities

• Sell Ready-Mix Concrete and Concrete Block.
• Identify prospective customers and projects.
• Establish new customer accounts and projects promptly.
• Develop and maintain business relationships with customers, vendors, and the community.
• Meet or exceed sales metrics and forecasted budget.
• Communicate between departments; including customer service, accounting, and operations.
• Assist in revenue collection and accounts administration when necessary.
