SRM Concrete in Southwest Florida is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to grow our local market across Fort Myers, Port Charlotte, Naples and Sarasota. You’ll build relationships with contractors, answer inquiries, and connect customers with the best ready-mix solutions to keep projects on schedule.

You’ll own the full sales cycle, collaborate with operations and billing, travel locally to job sites, and represent SRM at networking events.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers, contractors and teammates.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage your schedule in a fast-paced environment.
