Job summary

Northwest Exterminating is seeking an Outside Sales Professional to join our Atlanta-area team. You’ll conduct exterior inspections, generate leads, present quotes, and build lasting customer relationships while representing our trusted brand in the community.

Training salary starts at $3,000 per month during onboarding, with commissions after training. A company vehicle, cell phone, and iPad are provided, along with a robust benefits package and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• B2B & Field sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and provide quotes for potential customers.
• Sales and lead generation through networking and cold outreach.
• Customer transition—convert prospects to Northwest customers.
• Relationship building with internal and external stakeholders to drive loyalty.
• Ongoing learning through training sessions to stay updated on industry trends.
• Safety first when operating company vehicles and equipment.
