Job summary

Northwest Exterminating is seeking an Outside Sales Professional to drive growth in the Norcross, Roswell, and Alpharetta area. You’ll conduct field visits, generate leads, and convert prospects into Northwest customers.

Training salary of $3,000/month applies during onboarding, with potential commissions afterwards. A company vehicle, cell phone, and iPad are provided, plus a comprehensive benefits package and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• B2B and field sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior inspections and provide quotes to customers based on needs.
• Generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and partnerships.
• Communicate the value of services and transition prospects to Northwest customers.
• Build and strengthen relationships with internal and external customers for loyalty.
• Attend regular training to stay up to date on industry trends and skills.
• Maintain safety-first mindset when operating company vehicles and equipment.
