Job summary

Northwest Exterminating is seeking an Outside Sales Professional to inspect sites, quote customers, and grow a local client base in the Norcross, Roswell & Alpharetta area. You’ll generate leads, transition customers to long-term plans, and build strong relationships while advancing through ongoing training.

No exterminating experience is required, but sales experience helps. Training salary is $3,000 per month during training with the opportunity to earn commissions afterward.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• B2B & Field sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform Inspections and Provide Quotes: Conduct interior and exterior inspections, then offer quotes to potential customers.
• Sales and Lead Generation: Generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and partnerships.
• Customer Transition: Communicate value and convert prospects into Northwest customers.
• Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Ongoing Learning: Attend regular training to stay updated on industry trends.
• Safety First: Maintain safety-first mindset when operating company vehicles and equipment.
