Northwest Exterminating in Newnan, GA seeks an Outside Sales Professional to inspect customer sites, generate leads, and convert prospects into loyal Northwest customers. You’ll work in the field, manage route-based assignments, and complete required pesticide licensing within 90 days.

A valid driver’s license is essential. You’ll receive paid training, a company vehicle, cell phone, and iPad for route work, plus a comprehensive benefits package and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Sales experience preferred for outdoor roles.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Valid driver’s license required and field assignments must be managed independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior inspections where applicable and provide quotes based on customer needs.
• Generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and partnerships.
• Communicate value of services and transition prospects to customers.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external customers to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
• Attend training sessions and stay updated on industry trends to sharpen skills.
• Maintain safety-first mindset when operating company vehicles and equipment.
