Job summary

Terminix is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell our pest management services to residential customers in the local area. You will be the face of our national brand, assess customer needs, and present effective solutions to protect homes and families.

The role offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions, with on-target earnings of $60,000+ in year one and top earners $100,000+ per year. Travel up to 100% within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills are essential.
• Prefer 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and upsell additional services.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM to map client needs and challenges.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to service installations and ensure satisfaction.
• Record daily activities and sales performance in Sales CRM.
