Terminix is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell pest management services to residential customers and protect homes. You will inspect homes, assess needs, and present solutions while delivering exceptional customer service to grow the business.

You will collaborate across teams, develop proposals, and close sales opportunities. Expect travel up to 100% within your territory; a valid driver's license is required for company-provided vehicle use.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills are essential.
• Sales experience or related training is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Sell pest control solutions and maintenance to residential customers.
• Visually inspect homes for pests and assess client needs.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales and Technicians to optimize opportunities.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and upsell services.
• Follow up on proposals to close opportunities and use Sales CRM for records.
