Terminix is hiring Pest Control Consultants in Massachusetts to sell our industry-leading pest management services to residential customers. You’ll be the face of our national brand in your community, delivering exceptional service while protecting homes and families.

The role offers a competitive base pay with uncapped commissions and the potential to earn $60k+ in year one, with top performers earning well over six figures through incentives and territory growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills; sales experience a plus
• 1–2 years pest technician or sales experience preferred
• Travel up to 100% within territory

Responsibilities

• Sell pest control solutions to residential customers with a customer-focused approach
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians to maximize opportunities
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and upsell services
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM to document customer property and challenges
• Follow up on proposals to close sales opportunities
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations to ensure quality
• Record daily activities and sales in the CRM
