Job summary

Auris, the payroll and HR partner built for small and medium-sized businesses, is hiring a Payroll Client Advisor in Austin to prospect and present Auris solutions to merchants with a fast sales cycle.

You will train with the Payroll Division Manager and Territory Manager, using Atlas CRM for lead generation and paperless contracts. After training you can set your own schedule to maximize uncapped commissions and residuals from the portfolio you bring in.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Two+ years of relevant experience in B2B sales required.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and live in target area.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, and networking skills; team player.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and set appointments with business owners.
• Maintain client records in Atlas CRM; track interactions and notes.
• Achieve minimum production requirements and secure first appointments.
• Continuously learn product portfolio and fintech industry changes.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with leaders.
