Northwest Exterminating is seeking an Outside Sales Professional to deliver pest-control solutions, inspect sites, and build lasting customer relationships across commercial and residential accounts. No exterminating experience required, training provided.

You'll be on the move, manage routes, and participate in ongoing training; a strong customer-service mindset and ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days are valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform Inspections and Provide Quotes: interior and exterior inspections, attics and crawl spaces, provide quotes.
• Sales and Lead Generation: generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and partnerships.
• Customer Transition: explain value and convert prospects to customers.
• Relationship Building: strengthen internal and external customer relationships.
• Ongoing Learning: attend regular training and continuing education.
• Safety First: maintain safety when operating company vehicles and equipment.
