Job summary

America’s Mobile Industrial Hardware Store is seeking a Territory Manager to deliver industrial hardware directly to customers within a defined geographic territory. The role emphasizes cold-calling and prospecting to build a strong base of customers and drive sales through a fully stocked mobile store.

The ideal candidate will reside in the territory, be able to purchase or lease a mobile store vehicle, maintain a clean driving record, and meet physical requirements to operate the mobile setup.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred, especially in route or industrial sales.
• Must have strong tenure with no frequent job changes.
• Ability to kneel and bend regularly; physically able to operate a mobile store.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on businesses near existing customers. Make face-to-face calls on cold and warm sales prospects.
• Present Solutions: Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Maintain the cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store. Submit complete and accurate daily business reports detailing sales orders and prospect calls.
• Data Integrity: Continually maintain customer contact information—including notes, names, phone numbers, and addresses—using company software.
