Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a field-based sales professional for the Protective & Marine Division to grow brand awareness among engineers, owners, and flooring contractors. You will position our high performance industrial flooring technologies as solutions to asset protection challenges, traveling to customer sites across Southeast Florida.

Applicants should show success in B2B sales, prospecting and closing deals, plus the ability to develop territory plans and coordinate technical service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum 1 year B2B sales experience in industrial flooring.
• Willingness to travel 25%+ and work in the field.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new business and call on existing accounts.
• Develop strategies to grow business with customers by identifying product solutions.
• Lead weekly selling plans and conduct sales calls.
• Coordinate technical service to support customer requirements.
• Identify sources of sales leads and pursue opportunities.
• Manage customer issues to resolution and maintain territory plans.
