Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver customized, white-glove experiences in customers’ homes across California. Earn uncapped commissions with top performers reaching $100,000 per year, based on salary plus commissions and performance.

Training provided and opportunities to work with warm leads through scheduled appointments. As the face of AT&T, you’ll conduct hands‑on demos, assess Wi‑Fi, and handle tech delivery while driving sales targets.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and be ready to drive (company vehicle provided).

Responsibilities
