AT&T invites motivated Field Sales Representatives to join a dynamic team delivering customized, white-glove experiences at customers’ homes across California. You’ll present the latest technology, perform hands-on demos, and close sales with uncapped commission potential.

Average earnings range from base pay plus commissions, with top earners reaching six figures. You’ll attend paid training, meet warm prospects via scheduled appointments, and leverage優 negotiation skills to meet and exceed

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license—company vehicle provided for official use only.
• Work schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

• Kick off with paid training to work independently in the field; coaching and ongoing learning are provided.
• Connect with existing customers daily through scheduled appointments.
