AT&T in California is hiring Field Sales Representatives to deliver customized, white-glove experiences in customers' homes. You will engage warm prospects, perform hands-on demos, assess Wi‑Fi, deliver tech and resolve issues, and close sales with uncapped commission potential.

Starting salaries range from $62,900 to $100,000, with top earners reaching six figures. You will work independently with scheduled appointments and a strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and upsell.
• Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to drive; company vehicle provided for official use.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Background check including drug screening and driving record required.
