Job summary

AT&T is expanding its in-home Field Sales team in California. As a Field Sales Representative, you will connect with customers at scheduled appointments, deliver personalized sales interactions, and close deals with hands-on demos and wifi assessments.

You will work independently with paid training, earn uncapped commissions up to six figures, and join a program that rewards performance with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical coverage and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• 1+ year of commission sales and outside sales experience.
• Proven success in commission sales and hitting targets.
• Upselling techniques to increase customer value.
• Strong verbal communication and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Valid driver's license required; company vehicle provided for official use.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check including drug screening and driving record is required.
