Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver customized, white-glove experiences in customers' homes and to drive sales of the latest technology and services. You will be the face and voice of AT&T, working independently to engage customers at scheduled appointments, close deals with hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, and service delivery—aiming to keep customers connected to what matters most.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license — be ready to drive, as a company vehicle is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments.
• Close the deal by offering hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions.
