AT&T Field Sales Representatives are responsible for delivering customized, white-glove experiences directly in customers' homes, driving adoption of the latest technology and services. You will be the face and voice of AT&T, closing deals through hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, and service delivery while staying connected to customers’ needs.

Starting pay includes base salary plus uncapped commissions, with top earners reaching six figures.

Qualifications

• You’ll start with paid training and learn to work independently in the field.
• You’ll connect with customers daily at scheduled appointments.
• You’ll use negotiation and communication skills to close deals.
• A valid driver’s license is required for official business use.
• Evenings, weekends and holidays scheduling may be needed.
• Employment contingent upon successful background check and screenings.
