Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver customized, white-glove experiences directly in customers' homes. You will be the face and voice of AT&T, scheduling appointments, performing hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, and tech deliveries to keep customers connected.

You’ll start with paid training and earn uncapped commissions, with top earners reaching around $100,000. A valid driver’s license and the ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends, are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, in-home sales interactions and hands-on demos.
• Close deals by presenting solutions and resolving issues to keep customers connected.
