Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver customized, white-glove experiences directly in customers' homes. Earn uncapped commissions with top earners reaching around $100,000, including salary and commissions.

You’ll work in the field with scheduled appointments, closing deals through hands-on demonstrations and tech delivery, while maintaining customer relationships across multiple Texas-area locations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience.
• Proven success in commission-based sales and meeting targets.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and be prepared to drive (company vehicle provided).
• Work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
