Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver customized, white-glove experiences in customers' homes. You will work independently, close deals with hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments and tech deliveries, and earn uncapped commissions with top earners reaching six figures.

Starting pay ranges from $60,300 to $100,000, depending on geography, experience and education. Training is provided with scheduled appointments and ongoing coaching to keep you competitive.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home, personalized sales interactions with customers.
• Close deals via hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, and tech delivery.
• Maintain scheduling flexibility to meet customers evenings, weekends, and holidays.
