AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver personalized, white-glove experiences in customers' homes. You will meet with warm prospects at scheduled appointments, show demos, assess Wi-Fi, deliver tech, and resolve issues to keep customers connected.

Earn with uncapped commission, with top performers reaching six figures. Training starts immediately; you will work independently in the field, building rapport and closing deals.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong upselling skills to boost customer value.
• Excellent verbal communication and ability to build rapport quickly.

Responsibilities

• Complete paid training and work independently in the field.
• Engage with customers daily at scheduled appointments.
• Close sales through hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, and service delivery.
