AT&T is hiring Field Sales Representatives to deliver personalized, white-glove experiences directly in customers’ homes across Texas. You will engage with warm prospects, demonstrate the latest technology, and close deals through hands-on demos and services.

Earn with uncapped commissions, with top performers reaching around $100,000. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays and a valid driver’s license to travel to customer appointments.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license—be ready to drive, as we provide a company vehicle for official business use only.
• Work a varied schedule designed to meet customers on their timeline – this includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, in-home sales interactions at scheduled appointments.
• Close deals by offering hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions to keep customers connected.
• Communicate with customers daily and leverage scheduled appointments to engage warm prospects effectively.
