AT&T is hiring Field Sales Representatives to deliver customized, white glove experiences in customers' homes across Texas. Earn between $61,410 and $100,000 with uncapped commissions, with top earners reaching six figures.

You will conduct in-home consultations, perform demonstrations, and help customers connect the latest AT&T technology and services. Expect paid training, daily scheduling of warm appointments, and strong negotiation/communication opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and hitting targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques to increase value.
• Strong verbal communication and rapport-building skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license and willingness to drive with a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized in-home sales interactions with customers.
