Top earners can reach substantial commissions and benefits. Starting pay combines salary and uncapped commissions, with a typical range of $61,410 to $100,000.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission-based outside sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques to increase customer value.
• Strong verbal communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license; company vehicle provided for business use.
• Willingness to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Employment contingent on background check and drug screening.
