AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver customized, white glove experiences directly in customers’ homes across Texas from Allen, Frisco, Little Elm and surrounding areas. The role offers uncapped commission potential with top earners reaching up to $100,000.

You’ll be the face of AT&T, delivering personalized interactions, closing deals with hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, and tech delivery while managing a schedule that includes evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license—company vehicle provided for official business use.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, in-home sales experiences to customers.
