AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver customized, white‑glove experiences directly in customers' homes across Texas. This role targets robust sales, with uncapped commissions and the potential to reach six figures.

You’ll handle demos, Wi‑Fi assessments and ensure customers stay connected to the latest tech and services. Starting salaries range from $61,410 to $100,000, depending on geography and experience, with additional commission opportunities and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and be prepared to drive a company vehicle.
• Work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Employment contingent upon successful background screening.

Responsibilities

• You’ll be the face and voice of AT&T to customers, delivering personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments.
• You’ll close deals by offering hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions.
