Job summary

The Pittsburgh Paint Company (PPC) is seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive sales within The Home Depot stores. You will cultivate and execute sales plans, managing Pro Managed Accounts and growing PPC products across multiple Home Depot locations.

The role focuses on end-use customers in maintenance, repaint, hospitality, and government sectors, with onsite coverage in the El Cerrito, CA territory and reporting to the Regional Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 1 year of sales experience required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with The Home Depot management teams to develop and achieve sales growth plans.
• Engage customers throughout The Home Depot store to uncover opportunities to introduce PPC products.
• Utilize a CRM to increase sales growth of the PRO customers' list of accounts.
• Analyze territory sales performance and develop strategic territory business plans.
• Identify in-store selling opportunities to secure wing stacks, bulk stacks, end caps, and stack outs.
• Ensure automatic replenishment is supplying product and maintain accurate on-hand counts.
• Maintain color centers and perform shelf resets during Product Line Reviews.
